You'd need Dewars like Steve' says, but seriously: where are you going to get / are you thinking of getting these gases from?!

For liquids gases like those ? Damned expensive ones. Look for "Industrial Dewars" on line. Hydrogen is particularly difficult to store in liquid form, because it needs to be stored VERY cold and the boil-off is very dangerous. Oxygen is often supplued in its liquid form to big welding shops. Gaseous hydrogen is available in bottles at 300Bar, as is Oxygen.

I think hydrogen turns into a liquid at something around -430 degrees Fahrenheit, so good luck finding something affordable that can do that.
