What server ?????
when I have been tryin' to get assistance for my digital box , and try sendin' th' request they wont let it thru because I cant tell them what servers I am on ( Pop3 ect...)
I HAVE ABSOLUTLY NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE TALKIN' ABOUT !!
I also have no clue as to how I'm supposed to find out ! I admit to bein' barely computor literate and need help !!

OK, calm down.
What service is it that you're having trouble with and who provides it?
Are you calling customer-service for the box or someone else.
POP3 is an E-mail server format which is "Post Office Protocol 3"

The next to last (I think) page before sending in th' request fer help demands you tell them what server you use fer incoming and out going e-mail and if you cant correctly answer those questions you are stuck , it will not allow you to go any farther !
I'm surprised / suspicious that they're not giving you a virginmedia email. But I looked at their help page:

I aint at all sure exactly what I did to get thier attention , but I got an e-mail from virgin explainin' that "Technica" is made by "Vesta" and to use that mfg's codes ! THAT DID IT !!! I got the remote sorted now , thanks fer th' help folks , It is appreciated !!
