What the hell kind of bug is this?

I just went to go to the washroom just now and encountered THIS bug as you see in the pictures..... I've seen it at the girlfriend's house in a big pile a cat foot that was under some other stuff and had been left there for months and months until I came along with the vacuum. I pointed it out to her because I thought it looked peculiar with the way it was SO tiny and yet it had little pincers!

Ummm I'm pretty sure she brought this bug over... I knew it the moment I saw it.. I mean it's not a bed bug or anything but WHAT IS IT?! It's obviously capable of biting? I killed it and flushed it down the toilet after I took the pictures. I am so upset about this!
