Where can I find P channel power MOS-FETs?

I have been able to scavenge plenty of N-channel silicon power MOS-FETs from discarded power supplies, monitors, TVs, and amplifiers. It is rare to find P-channel in these things. What sort of junk electronics should I be looking for? ~Bob~

Why not just buy new ones, if possible, from the internet? Go to digikey.com and in the search box type, MOSFET. From the list of results, choose Single MOSFETs, and then for the polarity filter, choose P-type.

I don't have much money. So I tinker with discarded stuff. There are specifications for components on the web, so I can use those. ~Bob~

. Dig around in this Google search: P channel power MOS-FET +DIY. Tweak the search string a bit for better results.
