Ebay, often parts available as well if you don't need the whole thing.

True though, the things are practically given away when people pass on.
Look at ebay, craig's list, scooter retail sales stores, in the classified ads for estate sales, yard sales etc. But cheap? That depends on what your definition of cheap is.
Often at the bottom of ravines, well off the beaten track........
