Where can I get an old blank wax sealing stamp carved?
I want to buy a nice old blank wax seal and have my own image (bee) engraved. Do you know where I can get that done?

Are you likely to find an antique stamp that hasn't been engraved already? My suggestion was to get the modern engraving done by people who do this sort of thing, but attach it to your antique handle. They don't have to fit it to a new one, I'm sure you could get the functional part on it's own?
If you can find an antique blank, try the "yellow pages" for engravers, people who make trophies etc, ask if that's a job they could do for you.

I bet polymer clay would work, too. I've used plastic liquor bottle caps (Bacardi has a bat on it) to make impressions in wax for stage props, so the polymer clay should be fine, especially if you wipe it with a tiny bit of oil to prevent sticking.
This assumes that you are just looking for the ability to stamp custom wax seals, and don't care if the stamping device itself looks authentic.

If you know anyone who does lost wax casting, you could have one cast in brass or aluminum, rather than buying a blank and having it carved. Re-design's suggestion of checking with a local art program might be a good place to find someone who does this.
