Why do the people running THIS COMPANY like to delete peoples postings?

I kind of got very disenchanted with this site, when "the corporation" and some of the people in it, started to delete my instructables - like as if they get their rocks off playing out their god complexes on people who have no recourse to their abuse and petty tyranies - and their playing out to the corporate "political correctness" card and the getting the $$$$$ from the sponsorship deals rather than letting people post their own works in a manner that they see fit..

  I also found that after I made some postings on Eric Wilhelm's instructables that showed that I was far more on the ball engineering wise than he was, Eric Wilhelm seemed to be taking it personally and started on a campaign of deleting my postings on his and other peoples instructables as well...

The thing is that I put a lot of time and effort into some of my postings, and

It seems there is some really spiteful and petty ego stuff going on from "the management" of this site.

Maybe the 2 faced-ness of the management of this site - being the undercurrent of dirty antics and a complete lack of accountablity and the "We are just sooooo well adjusted" on the other - has much to do with the general direction "this business" is going.

What is next thing Wilhelm going to be doing - closing my account?

Wilhelm - your sly little "get even antics" and messing with the users of this site shows you up for the kind of person you really are.

So my question is, "How many other people are getting shafted by Wilhelm and his management team?"
