Why was The Chamberlain's men changed to the Kings Men?

You know how Shakespeares company was called the Chamberlain's men, and until Queen Elizabeth 1st, and then they changed it to The Kings men. Why is that, wouldnt they change it to the Queen's Men if Queen Elizabeth had just started ruling?!?!?!?!?

It was formed during the reign of QE1 and named after Lord Chamberlain.  In 1596 it became Lord Hunsdon's Men until 1597 when Hunsdon became Lord Chamberlain.  It was renamed in 1603 when King James took the throne.
