Why won't my video upload from youtube?

I still can not upload my videos from youtube. I gave up trying some months ago and decided to come back and see if the problem had been fixed but still no joy. Anybody have the same problem? I have used the embed code from the 'Share' function (both options) and the long link in the address bar, which I have now placed in the details on my 'instructable'. I have used both Mozilla and Internet Explorer to deliver the code but stil nothing. Any ideas? Regards Pavlovafowl aka Sue

Seems to work fine...

Just make sure when you select the embed code from the share function you also click the check box for "use old embed code".

The code should look like this:

<object width="420" height="315"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/ZnehCBoYLbc?version=3&amp;hl=en_US&amp;rel=0"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/ZnehCBoYLbc?version=3&amp;hl=en_US&amp;rel=0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="420" height="315" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object>

(Let me know if you have any questions).

You're welcome. Glad to help.

If you have it all working now, perhaps you could also click on the blue "best answer" button. It will mark this question as "answered" on the main page.

new code and full url will not do...

Thanks so much for the info! Canucksgirl replied just before you and I followed her instructions and it works! Much appreciated that you gave me the additional information.

That's why I gave a +1 as a reply to her, I'm not about to snipe an answer that is already complete. :)

I am not conversant with the terminology used here - so when you put a +1 it means you are recommending this as the right answer? Thanks for the explanation .

Indeed :) With the lack of any voting buttons or way to throw my favour it has to be done with a comment.
