are there toxic vapours produced from using ferric chloride to etch pcb boards?

are there toxic vapours produced from using ferric chloride to etch pcb boards?  I want to present this process in a classroom but there are no windows and wondered if this would be hazardous. There's also the method of mixing hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide to act as an etchant. Thanks!

I wouldn't drink it or get in on my hands but at room temperature no noxious fumes will appear. We used to process PCBs in the class room all the time - using a commercial bubble tank setup.
The cupric chloride method DEFINITELY produces fumes. I think they contain Hcl, especially if you use a bubble tank.

I suspect FeCl may also emit Hcl as well, but I am not sure - certainly you have to neutralise spent FeCl, so it becomes acidified in use.
It leaves a black iron sludge with exchanging CuCl <== FeCl no smell at all
