Boiling point at atmospheric pressure for petrol, 95 Celsius - 203 Fahrenheit, for petroleum 210 Celsius - 410 Fahrenheit.

I don't think Petroleum will fully vaporize. Why would you want it to vaporize? If you could pull it off you would still be releasing a bunch of carbon into the air.

Also, depends on the pressure.

If you put gasoline in a vacuum, it will quickly become vapour at room temperature.
