can I use fibonacci numbers in an arduino?

I want to see if it produces cool patterns in an led cube

There is no such thing as a "Fibonacci number", there is a Fibonacci SEQUENCE !

Here is a number from the sequence.

1.

Here is another.

13

And one more

144.

So what ?

How you MAP the sequence in your hardware will affect how you visualise it.

Take a look at the works of the "Fibonacci association" and see if they have some ideas in their publications.

Have you built and ran an LED cube yet. You don't just plug in a bunch of numbers and it starts making patterns. You have to program the patterns in.
