can u explain me how a PCB is interconnected? how to give connections for my project?

(i know how to connect using bread board)

Like this: I like to use coloured wires for prototyping like this, because I can code for functions, like pink are address lines, yellow are data lines or whatever.
OOps, should have posted an image !

That's a prototyping board, or "bread board". There are no connections already present, just pre-drilled and tinned holes. The circuit developer is responsible for providing connections as appropriate, by running wires or simply by creating solder bridges between adjacent pads.
Exactly like he says... draw the circuit on one side, and place the parts on that side with the leads from the parts going through the correct holes. Solder them on the other side (the non-component side) Then it's just a matter of creating the connections with soldered jumper wires.
