can you make sulphuric acid by mixing hydrogen chloride with sodiumbisulphate?

I don't know about sodium bisulfate, but sodium metabisulfate  and HCl definitly make lots of SO2. However, even then, it isn't easy to change the fumes into acid...

I don't think so. There's a description in "Caveman Chemistry" on having the reaction go the other way (H2SO4 + NaCl ---> NaSO4 + HCL), which is apparently the industrial method for creating HCl.

The book did contain a homebrew method of making sulfuric acid.
