can you use a skillsaw motor on a bike to make it electric?

Yes, but a skillsaw runs on 110 volt AC, so you would need a inverter along with a controller. In other words, yes, but it will be more work/cost then using a DC motor.

Someone rigged up a battery drill to run a small bike. I think it was an instructable.
