collar expander?

Has anyone made a good collar expander?  My husband gains and loses a 1/2 inch in the neck area "from time to time" and I can't always locate his purchased expander.  Cordially, nehmah

We are a tad short in the cash dept.  so, I need to make shirts (which will be larger in the collar and stand area.)  The extender is made of metal.  I am working on a photo from a site.  Thanks for replying, Nehmah

Have you tried just duplicating the one he has.

Or, buying his shirts the larger neck size and adding a button to make them smaller.
