gas powered generator motor blown can i power the gen with dc to run a sm tractor?

3000w generator can it run as a motor?   what type or power would it take to drive it ? dc or ac if dc what voltage?

3000W is only 4HP
Do you think you can run a tractor with 4HP ?

Many small generators only have a single bearing - relying on the bearing in the motor to hold up the other end.

I am assuming your genny is AC and brushed output and you won't be able to drive that from DC.

In general 3000W out requires MORE then 3000 watts in - that's a lot of battery power.
