Just google it. Put one of the following search terms into google and you should be good to go:
rice syrup recipes
rice syrup recipes site:about.com
I had quite some hits on those search terms.

Excuse me, I just checked my search results and they mostly seem to point to recipes that use rice syrup. But I found the entry for rice syrup on wikipedia.
