ANSWERS : Living

hi,  first time brewing, ive got my apples cut them up and put htem in a bucket ,  i was then taken into hospital so the apples have been in the bucket for over a month with nothing added are they still ok to be used and if so wot should i do next ?

You didn't juice them? Then they are long since unusable. You have to juice the apples either by using a juicer or a press. All you need is the juice from the apples. If you cut them and leave them sitting out for more than a day they start to rot and become useless. You won't like the look or smell of that bucket when you get home.
