how many might see my just instructable called Shelevator, just featured in Living?

I just submitted this and was hoping to get a lot of feedback but so far only 1, so now I am concerned that maybe I didn't tag it properly or something

You'd get more feedback if you included text on how to make it as well.

Agreed -- a video says a thousand pictures...but it definitely helps to have something you can print/read/comprehend that way.

@asker: my highest 'acclaimed' ible is about watering down soap. it's not complex, just useful, easy, and cheap. I get lots of comments on that to how it can be improved/debatable efficacy. My other ibles barely get much for comments.

Break your instructions into steps;

intro
materials
tools
steps to do whatever you did
final product/show off.

You can include an embedded video in each step to show what that step is, but definitely have a more 'offline' approach as a backup for people who can't learn/replicate from the video.

If you just posted it recently and was just featured you will see the view count go up quite a bit. But you may not see many if any comments in the coming weeks. Not everyone comments on Instructables. I only comment if i have a question about it. So if you've done the instructable well enough you shouldn't have many if any questions. Some may come along and give you props for it. But don't expect allot of comments.

It's technologically good, but practically-poor (gmjhowe).
If a senior mother lets go then the shelf drops, and pushing it in could be tricky; so it really needs to be motor-driven.
