how to control 3 little motors?

I want to be able to control two 3 volt motors and a small servo. motor bee looks great (http://www.pc-control.co.uk/motorbee_info.htm) exactly what I want except it wont let you transfer the program to the board, a computer always has to be attached. Does anyone know of a board & software thats this easy, but will allow you to transfer it to the board so that it will run on its own, or how to make the motor bee run without a pc.

I recommend Arduino (or a variant) with a motor driver shield. There is tonnes of info on arduino.cc (in the forums, and in the playground). You write the program, arduino does it.

I have programed in c for 15 years, so looks very good, motor shield also looks good, theres seems to be shed lots of info examples etc for it, so yes, I think this is just the job, thank you.
