how to form an electronic circuit controlled distance formed by a voltage generator and a lamp ?

May be just me but your question is a bit unclear. Are you saying you have a circuit powering a lamp and you want to turn that lamp on and off remotely?

You will need a transmitter, receiver, and a relay to turn the lamp on and off.
