how to make memory silicone ?

i would like to know how to make memory silicone bascallliy i need a rubbbery substance that can rember its shape

By "remember" do you mean it returns to it's original shape or just that it needs to hold a single shape.

Does it need to be completely malleable and then return to it's original shape or does it only need to be flexible? Is it absolutely necessary that it is silicone?
