i HAVE INSTRUCTIONS USING PLASTICINE SEVERAL TIME. i HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIND A PRODUCT ACTUALLY CALLED THAT.

IS THIS MODELING CLAY? IF NOT, WHAT EXACTLY IS IT AND WHERE DO I GET IT? I NEED IT TO BE SELF DRYING/HARDENING.

You can get it here, but it is not self-drying.

For self-hardening, check craft stores for "air drying clay".

If you want it to set hard, and set quickly, try a product called Milliput, which is an epoxy putty that can be used as a filler or sculpted.

"Plasticine" is British for modelling clay. It appears in the Beatles song, Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds, in the lyric "plasticine porters with looking glass eyes." Any decent craft store will have modelling clay (and the staff at better ones will even know what you mean when you say "plasticine").

Plasticine is oil-based clay that never hardens. What you want is something different, air-drying clay. Craft stores will have it.
