i connected two terminals of capacitor and they produce the big spark is the capacito still works?

i connected two terminals of capacitor and they produce the big spark is the capacitor still works...or it get destroyed ......the capacitor is from flash of camera???

Yep, that's what capacitors do. The camera has stored electric charge in the capacitor (charged the flash) and shorting the terminals releases the energy all at once in the form of heat, light and sound. You can re-charge the capacitor and do it all over again. (Actually, if it was a direct short instantaneously across the terminals you wouldn't see anything, but because your connection is not perfect, it's vapourising some of the wire ends and sparking across the gaps.)

when thy go its not particularly subtle, some explode when they go which is very loud, some leak, and some stink of burning rubber for ages:P

In general, it's not so good for caps as it conducts too much energy too quickly and can cause damage to the constituent materials.. Fortunately, this is a flash cap, which is designed for the use.
Its fine.
