i have a sony dsc-h2 camera, is there any way i can power it through a wall socket and not the batteries?

"If you want to plug the camera into the wall, Sony offers an optional AC adapter." (Presumably, if you look up the camera's power-jack specs -- polarity, voltage, current and connector -- you can also use a second-source supply.)
