i want an High power LED constant current ckt?

Define "High" - higher than an amp or so, you need to design a switching supply, or buy it.

I have an old TO3 LM317 that could pass 3 amps somewhere in my lab.
Nowadays 1.5  amps at 37 volts is all that is available .
