ideals on what to do with the whey from the yogurt, besides using it as stock.?

Would like ideals on what to do with the whey from homemade yogurt. Other than using it as a stock.

mix to taste with some or other concentrated softdrink syrup and drink it.

Use it to lacto-ferment veggies (like sauerkraut) - check out the books "Wild Fermentation" and "Nourishing Traditions" for the why's and how to's.  whey is too valuable to waste!

My mother adds it to smoothies as added protein, and according to,

Whey is often used in the making of ricotta cheese. Using vinegar or another acidic liquid, the whey is heated and the addition of the vinegar will cause the fats to congeal into the curds that create the cheese.
