If there's one great thing about Instructables, it's that no matter who we are or where we live, all of us are connected through our shared love for creativity. Even though we may be thousands of miles apart, we laugh together, we play together, and we pull each other through tough times like this one.
Just last year, I was hospitalized with pneumonia, but luckily for me, I knew about Instructables. Every day, I'd sit there by the IV tube, dreaming of the day when I'd be out of there and back to playing with electronics.
Just keep on dreaming, resting, and drinking plenty of fluids, and you'll be back to healthy before long. That "fluids" bit may not apply for brain surgery, but you know what I mean :)
Get well soon, gentle soul! All of us are praying for you!
When anyone clicks on the 'Answer it' button, a message comes up which starts: "We have a "be nice" comment policy." Yet when a young girl posts a 'Question' to a community she has a passion for, asking people to send "Get Well Soon!" messages to her friend - who is clearly a huge fan of the people here and is going through something no child should ever have to suffer - amongst the nice messages, people start complaining about spelling and grammar! Incredible! Such a show of compassion!
I send sistergldnhair and her friends, family, and loved ones my best regards, and I hope that all goes well after the surgery. Even though this doesn't sound all that heartfelt, I really mean it when I say that I wish you the best.:) Get well soon.:)
I've been in the hospital more times than I care to remember and I know it's no fun! Wishing you a speedy recovery sistergldnhair! You'll be back to making carboard flip-flops in no time!
Although I may not you, you're love for the Instructables community is strong, As is everyone's love for each & every member and each & every instructable, were all a big family here! get well soon!
Look, I realize that your request is in good intentions, but please use at least a hint of grammar and a few real words when you post your questions, (thz isnt txtn ur freinds, thiz iz da instructables cummunity, k, thnkz, ttly)
by the way when I got home I checked instructables and I saw this! and for you information ttly should be ttyl (talk to you later) thank you themoose64
+1! It's amazing how people can't even communicate properly, or proof read what they write anymore! (I actually had a girl say O M G to me the other day... Sickening!)
I feel indifferent, and who's to assume we didn't send her a message? That aside, we were not trying to make you upset. Some users don't speak English as a first language, and trying to translate such a question would be rather difficult.
