Did you even try typing "TD030WHEA1 datasheet" into Google? The first hit will get you there.

If you don't know how to use a data sheet, why did you bother asking for one? We already know you can't use a search engine; maybe that's just a symptom of a larger problem.
READ THE DATA SHEET and DIGEST INWARDLY. SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO USE YOUR OWN BRAIN.
