 i want to make a magnatic field only use only  four 1.5 volt battreris(4*1.5 volt).who can lift the 500 kg wait only for two sec, this megnatic field i can aply only 6 sqr inch plate only plz send me the digrame if u can.

Oh, it can probably be done -- if each of those 1.5V batteries can deliver lots and lots (and lots and LOTS) of amps. In other words, I really don't think you're going to do it with D cells (they neither contain enough power nor have low enough internal resistance). You might be able to do it with larger batteries -- a 6V automobile battery, for example.
Its an interesting question to answer, and I  am afraid I can't. A lot depends on the quality of the magnetic circuit between the electromagnet and the object to be lifted. If you can get a very low reluctance path, you'll need less flux to create the forces you need.

unless you get this thing custom built, you can't lift 500kg
 Asking for an electromagnet that will hold on to 500kg using only a few flashlight batteries is like asking for a car that will break the sound barrier but use only a drop of gasoline as fuel.

What you need is a permanent magnet in a lifting assembly that can be stuck to the object and then later levered away from it. An industrial magnetic lifter of the required strength will cost you about $300 (or the bare magnet, about half that).
 If you meant to say 500 milligrams and not 500 kilograms, then what you ask is much easier.
