How big of a sample are you looking for? You can commonly find muscovite (and more commonly biotite) in plutonic rocks (volcanic roots), but they aren't very large. If you're looking for a large sheet you can use to make a lantern or fireplace window, a lot of it comes from pegmatites in Brazil I believe. White mica is also common in metamorphic rocks. If you tell me where in the world you are, I can try to point you to a source. If you're in the states, I might be able to give you actual coordinates.
