my 2007 runmaster wont start

i recently replaced the belt on my 2007 runmaster scooter, during the process of trying to figure out how to replace it i think i may have turned a bolt on the carb. the reason is because after i replaced the belt it would start and it would run but it would bog down when i sat on it and it wouldnt have much power on take off but would pick up a little, plus it would shake very bad and idle kinda high. the reason why i think its ideling too high is because the back tire spins while its ideling on the kickstand. but when i sit on it it would shake and almost bog out. i tryed to turn that said bolt the opposite way a few times though it still did the same thing, it now wont start at all. i have electric start only and now when i try to start it it wont make a sound it wont do anything. but when i turn the clutch a few times it would try to (barely making a sound) for a third of a second start but i think i may have killed the battery too. can anyone please help?! i cant even find a repair shop anywhere near me that would touch a chinese scooter.

First charge the battery.

If you know which bolt you may have turned then find out what is the purpose of that specific bolt. Carburettors usually have a mixture screw and idle screw. Idle screw would be easy to adjust. But as it won't start and behaved weird, it more likely was a mixture screw which is more difficult case. But before I go any further with this I have to know if it was mixture screw.

There is also a chance that something else went wrong and there is an air leak. Air leak makes mixture too lean. Lean makes the engine lose power. Air leaks also make idle go way up and then down and up and down again which you should simply hear.

Could you make pictures of the carburettor and show us which screw you turned?

is unclear to me. Does the starter motor work or not? If the starter (electric motor) does not work then CHARGE THE BATTERY, get the starter to turn the engine round and then we can talk about and possibly solve the carburettor and other (gasoline-) engine related issues.

First, you need to charge the battery. YOu do that with a regular car battery charger.

Next, you can start it without qa battery. You find a good long hill with you at the top of the hill. Push of and coast until you get a little speed, then put it in gear and let out the clutch. It will turn the engine over. Also make sure you have the ignition turned on. Its called pull starting but in this case the pull is going down hill.
As far as it not running well, check the gas and gas filter. It might have gotten water in it. Check the air filter and you might want to replace the spark plug. So, do a complete tuneup and it just might be fine.
