my dreamcast wint read all of my discs all of the time what should i do?

hi their :-3) i now own a dreamcast but im having some trouble with it. basicly it runs some games (chu chu rocket which is the official version) and others either wont run at all or reset like after a few minutes of game play. i have genly cleaned the lense with a q-tip and rubing alchohol and it did some good but still did'nt fix the problem i dont know what to do . the last resort is to ajust the laser but i realy dont want to ,is their any other method to fix this issue

Its possible your laser is dying and the potentiometer (pot for short) needs to be adjusted. There are some pages online for it. I'll post them if you can't find them on your own.
