software development help?
I am interested in developing basic software, preferably without having to write code. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hire a small team of programmers. Instruct them on the software you want to develop. Turn them loose on it.
It's easier to manage the group if you at least have a basic understanding of the coding they are doing.
This method takes more money up front but at least you don't have to be the one to write the code.
