sourdough bread

Bread was fabulous but a little moist.  Any recommendations?

How should it be stored after baked?

Cook it a little longer. Cool it on a rack. (for a less moist loaf)
When it's totally cold:
You can store it in a plastic bag to keep it moist.
You can store it in a paper bag if you want it to dry out.
You can wrap it in a clean tea towel and put it in a plastic bag.
Mostly, you should eat it. Yummmmm!

Allow to cool. Keep in loose plastic on work surface

The old fashion way, cover it with a linen tea towel and put it in a bread box.
