starting own website on "sending FREE sms' "?

hi,i m viplove from india.
i want to know what does it take to start "free sms"website on own .
does it  require to contact service providers to start ??
i dont know anything about it as there is no such topic shared on the internet before,and even if it is present it isn't worth.
can i get a help from you about how it is done and what to do??

You're probably just searching for the wrong thing. Try searching for "web hosting with sms gateway". Or "bulk SMS with API". That should get you going.


And what are you trying to do? Allow people to send SMS for free? You realise that if it's free for them, it will cost YOU money instead?

free messaging service.
we have certain websites in india like :: way2sms.com and 160by2.com
i m planning like that only.
take a look over that and please suggest what should be done or can be done by me
And you want to compete? Those are probably free because they're subsidised by advertising and higher volume subscriptions. It's not hard to set up a site that will let you send SMS, but it will cost you money and you'd have to be fairly proficient at several web technologies (Java, javascript, html, css, ajax) to get it set up. Which leads to.... if you have to ask, you're probably not capable.

This isn't to say you can't do it. But start by Googling the terms I included above and learning some languages suitable for use on the web.
