substitutes egs?

hej this is not a question but.. I have made alot of maranges kakes with chickpee water - just use 30ml of that (from the can) for each eggs and use it as normal eggwhites in a recepy!! awsome to beable to make stif peaks without eggs!!

I was flabbergasted to discover that bean juice could be used to make meringue, but hey, it seems to work!
