trying to find a repair manual for a lawson paper drill?
need a repair manual for a 1965 model paper drill, mainly need for the drive of the electric brake for engaging the up and down motion.

Not actually a useful search, Nacho :-) The first hit is this very question. After that, there are a few from suppliers of Lawson drill bits, and a couple of scam sites (i.e., pages with random words for search hits).
. As per your other post, I got him/her close enough. ;) . Sorry I didn't deliver the answer on a silver platter.
NachoMahma is right that you should (obviously) have done a simple Google search first (or at least mentioned that you did so). The result is only a single page, most of which are not useful.
By following one of the drill-bit supplier links, you would have been led in just one step to http://www.lawsondrills.com/ with a phone number and e-mail address for you to contact them. Really not that hard.
