It doesn't have any. Its an AC motor, and relies on you putting three sine waves between the pins.
+1. it's a three phase AC motor. It can be driven with square waves, but doesn't like it.
A DC motor's speed won't be constant, an AC motor like this, driven by the right signals, stays absolutely rock solid.
