what is a good non staning home made paintball paint that you can use in diy grenades?

i like to play paintball but the grenades can be expensive at $5.00 a grenade and i was wondering where or if you could make your own paint that doesn't stain like in paintball.

Paintball paint usually doesn't stain. It will come right out of clothes when washed. You can buy the powder mix to make the "paint" or as it's more appropriately referred to as "fill". Look around on some websites that sell paintball stuff, you should find some. Or just google "how to make paintball paint".
