what is an ATtiny 13v microcontroller and where to get it?

ive been trying to make the lucid dream mask from guyfrom7up but i dont know where to get this component. oh and i live in the uk.

It's a dirt cheap AVR microcontroller. You can get them from one of my favorite sources, SparkFun Electronics.
