a lever or/and a rod which will steer it.

.  I thought the late-60s hi-po Dodge Darts had pretty good suspensions, especially for such heavy cars.
.  I have yet to see a car without steering, so that shouldn't be a problem.
.
.  Hint from your Ol' Uncle Nacho. Use a descriptive title ("Knex" anywhere in the title will help a lot) and give more info in the body of the post (eg, what are you trying to build). Other wise, you'll continue to get smarta$$ answers such as mine and Re-design's.
Well, I always forget to look over at the "related" list to get an Idea of what the question pertains to.  Must include that in my method more often.
.  You shouldn't have to. If the poster can't provide a few clues in the title and a decent description in the body, well, there's just no way I can or will give a reasonable answer.
.  PS: I'll cut those that are obviously ESL quite a bit of slack. Those whose native language is English (even Brit-lish) should know better.
I don't think either answer was smartass, both seemed legitimate.

I'd figure you're talking about a knex suspension system, since "Knex" is in the tags.

Mepain's ATV has a really nice suspension with steering.  Check it out: knexinnovation.net/showthread.php

Best suspension I've ever seen was on a Porche 911 Targa that I drove once.  It was nice.  Very nice.  But you have to consider that my main ride is an F150 pickup.  Love it but it ain't a Targa.

Is that what you had in mind? or maybe something else?
