where can i get small bags of fast setting concrete from?

im making special objects like small bricks and things and i need to know where to get some

Homebase sell 5 KG packs of portland cement. It's not expensive and should give a good surface finish.

How small? I just got a bag from Home Depot. It's lasted me for a while. And how fast do you mean by fast setting? (or is that a particular type?) Concrete in general is stronger if it takes longer to set.
