xbox pc controller help?

Hi i recently turned my orgianal xbox controller into a pc controller. using a driver calle xbcd. I got it up and running im using it on gta 3 (yes i know its old but its a awsome game) in the game the mouse controlls the view i want the right stick to control the view instead. dose any one know how this can be done? I have all of the other controls going except for this one. the mouse is still active wen i play the game. any help will be much aprechiated!!!
