can t you give me a direct answer please, like that ,that and that you have to do problem solved
. Well, this _is_ a DIY (Do It Yourself) site. You need to find a DC-to-DC (DC/DC) converter that will handle your input range and output 12V. Do some searching, and if you have some questions, feel free to ask. Don't expect ppl to DIFY (Do If For You).
3-6volt ac

if he really is going from AC to DC, he can easily increase voltage with a few diodes.
I suggest you take it to a good auto-electrician - problem solved. Cheers, Pat. Pending

Without specific details as to what power you have available, there is no possible way to give even a proper suggestion as to how to get reliable 12vdc from the source. 2.5-6.5vac tells us very little. How much current is availeble? What frequency is your AC current? What type of generator is being used? If this is that Honda scooter, I can assure you that your 2.5-6.5vac readings are inaccurate at best.

. Google switching power supply or switched-mode power supply
A voltage doubler or tripler may be needed first...
