5 watt LED
hello, forgive me if this is not the right blog to post i was just not sure where to ask.
i have a 5w led that came off a flash light i would like to either do my own flash light or install it in my house as a light, how can i do that and what do i need to power it, the only thing i know about the flash light is that is a 5 watt. also i dont know much about leds so if you guys can help that will be really cool. thanks

Without the flashlight, you're going to have to try to find a part number stamped on the LED itself. There are 5W LEDs available for a variety of voltages, from 4V all the way up to 240V.
