Breathalyzer Hygrometer

I need to measure the amount of moisture in my breath,
basically a digital hygrometer that I can blow like a breathalyzer..
Possible?

I have built a device that removes all the  moisture from my breath,
and I need a way to accurately measure moisture to make sure it works as I claim..

When your device checks relative humidity, does it do it rather quickly? does it record high values? The best case senerio would be to have one that responds quickly to me blowing over it, and records the highest value it reaches..

Get a chemical dehumidifier, they'll have some moisture-absorbing stuff like calcium chloride in them.
Put a quantity in a bag, weight it then inflate the bag with breath, tie it, shake it periodically for may be half an hour, weigh it again. You can keep doing this until your margin of error on the weight suits you.

any way to take one of those electronic room hygrometers/indoor weather stations and just direct a pipe or tube into the sensor? I have a few of those to check the percent relative humidity of the house during the winter and they respond when you blow on them.
