Can anyone help me find some schematics for 120VAC15VDC + 325VDC Power supplies?
I am in the middle of a project for which I need to be able to turn my mains 120VAC in to two separate voltages. I need to step it up to 325VDC as well as down to 15VDC. I have two questions.
One is it better to make it 325VDC first then regulate down to 15V?
and two, does anyone have any links to schematics or anything that can help me out?

Use two power supplies. What do you want the 325V for?

Not really. Traditional linear regulators convert the excess voltage to heat, so dropping 325 -> 15V would be very inefficient and super hot. If you could find a regulator that could deal with that high input voltage.
Use a PT intended for tube amps. They have 2 or 3 secondaries--one for high voltage, and one or two for filaments (usually 5 or 6 volts). Here's a modern toroidal example: Antec AN-2T230.
It has 230VAC, 6.3VAC, 6.3VAC secondaries. When you rectify AC, you get a DC voltage approx 1.4 time the AC RMS voltage, so 230VAC =~ 322VDC, and if you wire the two 6V secondaries in series you'd get 12.6VAC or ~17VDC.
The actual DC voltage will depend on your load and the current capacity of the transformer (use one with a 250V secondary if somewhat higher is better).
Otherwise, just use two separate transformers...
