Check out the new Makers Market by Make:!

Make: has created the Makers Market which is basically an online farmers market for makers!  There are some awesome products that people are selling, so check it out!  It is sort of Etsy-esque, but Make chooses who is allowed to sell.  They call is a "curated marketplace."

As Make: describes it:
A collaboration between MAKE and Boing Boing, Makers Market brings together our favorite entrepreneurial makers and artists selling products and services directly to DIY enthusiasts.  The products are "Maker-Made," either made by, rebuilt by, or substantially produced by the maker selling them.

The market is currently in beta, but it is fully functional and ready for you to start shopping.  If you are interested in selling in the market, submit your application:makersmarket.com/manage/messages/new

And while you are at it, check out my personal storefront: makersmarket.com/sellers/24

well, maybe not failure to do, but failure to complet :-)

It is a hard thing for me to do, and since I got married 18 years ago, it has even gotten harder :-)
